This Chao gives the player the following stats or abilities:

If you're standing still and staring at an enemy that's staring at you for a few seconds, you steal 50% of their movement speed. Clicking on this Chao grants you the ability to randomly teleport within a certain radius of your current location. Going in the water with this Chao following you will cause you to teleport to the nearest dry block. Standing in the rain with this Chao will cause you to constantly take damage and teleport nearby until you teleport somewhere that's dry.

You can obtain this Chao by purchasing it from the Minecraft Chao.
